Refund and Dispute Policy
At Total Tech Pros, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our technology installation services. Our Refund and Dispute Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued and the process for resolving any disputes that may arise.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
– Installation Services: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the installation service provided, you may request a refund within 14 days of the service completion.
– Defective Products: If any products supplied and installed by us are found to be defective, you may request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of installation. After 30 days any replacement or repair will need to be handled by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Non-Refundable Situations:
– Customer-Supplied Equipment: We cannot offer refunds for issues related to equipment provided by the customer.
– Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind once the installation has been completed.
- Process for Requesting a Refund:
– Contact our customer service team at customerservice@totaltechpros.org within the applicable refund period.
– Provide a detailed description of the issue and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos).
– Our team will review your request and correspond with you to determine the options available. All requests must be made in writing via email.
Dispute Resolution Policy
- Initial Complaint:
– If you have a complaint about the service provided, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@totaltechpros.org within 14 days of the service completion.
- Resolution Process:
– Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and investigate the issue.
– We will aim to resolve your complaint within 10 business days. If more time is needed, we will keep you informed of the progress.
- Mediation:
– If the dispute remains unresolved, both parties agree to participate in mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The cost of mediation will be shared equally by both parties.
